Revolutionary United Front (RUFP) Leader, Mr. Eldred Collins has, in an exclusive interview with this press disclosed that President, Dr Ernest Bai Koroma was on the right track.
Mr. Collins further disclosed that the launching of the Kenema and Kailahun road Projects was an historic event as according to him, development was now directed to the eastern part of the country. Eldred Collins stated that the RUFP applauds President Koroma for the construction of good road network in the country. According to him, President Koroma is the first President to physically take part or breake grounds for the construction of the Kenema-Kailahun high way. According to Eldred Collins, Kailahun is the country’s agricultural base for product like cocoa, coffee and Palm oil as, according to him, it will cut down the smuggling of these items to other countries as these product will be brought to Freetown to build on the country’s export earnings in terms of foreign exchange. He opined that the vision of President Koroma during his tenure is to improve on the infrastructure of Sierra Leone which he said would, to a great extent, improve the living standards of people. The RUFP leader said that he wished future presidents would emulate President Koroma. |
