Sierra Leone has once again been embarrassed  by The Gambians after Shooting Stars failed to overturn a 4-1 deficit at home in the Africa Under-20 youth qualifying series. The defeat was no surprise to many football pundits as our boys had lost the match even before they travelled for the first leg in Banjul.

IPAM Posts SU Election Results

Majority of students were opposed to the holdings of students’ union election after their examinations. The institution is off campus and students were not expected to wait after exams, but the Administration allowed the conduct of the election. The Acting Deputy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ekundayo Thompson, is on record to have said in a meeting held on 12th July that the holding of the SU election is not debatable, despite the SU constitution stating that election should be held at the last two weeks in May every year.
